John Loram
John worked as a solicitor specialising in Family Law from 1990 until
2000. He trained as a mediator in 1997 and has worked exclusively as a
mediator since October 2000. John is therefore a highly experienced family
mediator and is recognised by the Legal Services Commission to undertake
mediations dealing with both children and financial matters. He is an
accredited member of the Family Mediators Association and also supervises
other mediators on their behalf.
Vicki Lewis
Vicki also worked as a solicitor specialising in Family Law for over 10 years
before deciding to become a full time mediator. With John, she set up South
West Mediation in 2003. She is an accredited member of the Family Mediators
Association and supervises other mediators on their behalf. Vicki has trained
in Collaborative Law and is also qualified to involve children in mediation.
Vicki is recognised by the Legal Services Commission to undertake mediations
involving both issues about the children and financial matters.
Samantha Plant
Sam’s background is also in legal practice having worked for a number of
years as a solicitor specialising in Family Law. She trained as a mediator in
1996. She is a member of the Family Mediators Association and is recognised by
the Legal Services Commission to undertake all types of mediation.
Jan Ritchie
Jan is a solicitor with Kitson Hutchings specialising in Family Law. She
trained as a family mediator in 1999. Jan has mediated with South West
Mediation since the end of 2005. She is a member of the Family Mediators
Association and is recognised by the Legal Services Commission to undertake
all types of mediation.
