Referral Information
Having practised as solicitors ourselves, we appreciate how busy other professionals are. Our aim is to reduce the burden on you, rather than add to it. Please feel free to make a referral in whatever format is easiest for you – that may be by telephone, email, referral form or letter.
Once we receive a referral, we will contact you by return to discuss the issues, costs and suggestions for a mediated process. If you wish us to do so we can make contact the other side to try to secure their agreement to mediation or provide you with the information to do so. We can offer an initial assessment within 2 working days so that you and your clients know quickly whether mediation is going to be a way forward or whether matters are going to have to be dealt with through the courts.
