Mediation Fees
In our experience, it is always preferable if those interested in mediation come to discuss their options and the suitability of mediation with us at the earliest opportunity. Because we would like you to talk to us as soon as possible about mediation, we do not charge for this initial consultation.
The Cost of Mediation
The costs of a commercial mediation vary with the complexity of the dispute, the preparatory work required, and the length of the mediation session. One of our mediators can give you an accurate estimate of the likely costs if you give us a call.
We aim to offer a competitive fee structure as follows:
For those claims valued at £0-£15k
£300 + VAT per party for up to 3 hour session
For those claims valued at £15-£50k
£425 + VAT per party for up to 4 hour session
For those claims valued at £50k+
Fees to be agreed based on your specific requirements
Fees for the mediation are payable in advance, with each party responsible for payment their share of the fees, unless otherwise agreed.
